Here at RedTree, we see a large influx of orders during the final weeks leading up to the holidays. Please review our Holiday Deadlines below and plan your orders accordingly.
All orders placed on or before December 4, in addition to all RUSH* orders placed from December 5-14, will arrive to their shipping address by December 24. The only exceptions are Walnut Boxes and Album Design Service which have a deadline of November 17.
ALBUM DESIGN – November 17
If you plan to order a holiday album with a design that we are creating, please place your Album Design order by November 17. This will allow time to complete the design so that you can order the album by December 4.
WALNUT BOXES – November 17
Our products are all handmade to order, but Walnut Boxes require more time than the other products.
PLAN AHEAD
We recommend placing orders early and opting to drop-ship directly to your client, as deliveries could arrive as late as Christmas Eve Day. Supply chain disruptions and transit delays are possible.
